    I am a pioneer --- 90s --- no boat ramps - no bridges-- if you wanted in mission you crossed a very shallow road -and prayed that the wind didn't blow as you were stuck in that bay if it did. Where is the ice access to get into mission currently? Tribal permit needed to drive on so to speak...
