    That is a good idea. Soybeans are also great for deer, and nitrogen, but there are plenty of soybeans around now. Turnips would be a nice change for the deer imo. In plots, I think it is always good to give them something they don't already readily have.

    That is my biggest argument with it as well. But, I think it also comes with a remote? Scratch that, but it seems like a co-pilot would work with it. Price point seems high to me. Was expecting more in the $299 range.

    The reason I would put turnips in with it, is that they naturally put nitrogen back in the ground. This will keep your soil in good standing year after year without adding chemicals.

    I would think in that situation you might be better off casting into the shallows. Pulling spinners/lindy's under planer boards that shallow is going to be tricky to do imo. Snags! I mostly use my planer boards for cranks.
