Absolutely! When you buy a Mister Twister, you then immediately buy a 5-10 foot extension cord to store with it. I have around 3 Mr. Twisters stashed here and there. 20 bucks a pop+extension cord. They work fine.
I've been rained on pretty good 4 times this year with the Simms Contender gear. Dry and happy so far.

Sometimes when I enter my man cave and look over all the fishing stuff, boats, tackle, electronics, time spent, etc. I see a calculator counting up $$$ so fast smoke is rolling out of the top.
The really good live wells with oxygenators along with fresh flow do a pretty good job. The live wells without oxygenators are destined for dead fish if they are in there for more than a few hours.
I just send mine to the manufacturer with their form and short hand-written note as I live in the sticks without a Scheels. I've only had to send in 4 rods over the last 15 years. Loomis and St. Croix have been good to work with.
Doc Sonar has some videos where he makes good points on use of a camera. I think if you fished enough clear water lakes it would be worth it. Best use would be determining if you are marking suckers or walleyes. That or find out what type of baitfish you are marking. I have an old...
