    I remember a guy diving in the 'race when I was a kid. He wore a dry suit with what looked like a light snowsuit under it. He dove in up by the dam and came up by the landing area. Dad and I talked to him briefly. Could have been you, I guess.

    If you like to fish with more than two guys in the boat, the Stratos looks like the glass boat of choice. If you usually only fish 2 guys and want more storage, the Triton looks like the ticket. A lot more space behind the windshield of the Stratos without the U storage/livewell.

    I saw a bunch of musky guys tossing those giant lures on Leech last weekend. I took a beating on the walleye fishing thanks to the multi-decade record mayfly hatch that had to hit right before I got there. I did catch one though, ha ha.

    I was working out in the mornings before work for 4 days a week. I managed 10 weeks in a row and went down 18 pounds. Summer has me skipping. Hoping I can find the drive to get back into the routine.

    If you run down river from the tailrace a lot, I would pick aluminum. If you fish the lake and just in/by the chute, I would go glass. That stretch between the 'race and Stanton has some hidden gremlins in it especially when flow is low.

    BTW, I have owned two GMC pickups with the 6.2 and would never own a 5.3 again(owned two as well). Mileage in town isn't stellar(I would say 14ish), but highway mileage is on par with the rest of the pack(18-22). I can pull my 621 ranger around like a dream and still pull 11-13 MPG. One thing...

    I caught a dead coyote once. Also, I saw a dead rotweiler laying in the river at a shore spot. I am guessing the folks didn't want to pay to dispose or put it down. It looked like it was shot and dumped. Your finds sound a lot cooler.
