    Sub and the rest of the 60 degree club. Some of us who jump at a chance of hunting somewhere else. Can't pick the weather if u have a well excercised shorthair she will hunt in the heat. I think of some quail hunting my old shorthair did. Damn near burnt her feet on the rocks they were so hot...

    I have seen it all --- even a dog that appeared to be sweating - still never figured that one out. If your going to hunt in the heat --buy a shorthair (or similar breed) and leave all the long hair or swimming breeds at home. Or alter the other dogs in and out ---- and give the gsp a lunch...

    Don't get to anxious. First ice can be overrated. I have walked on some unbelievable Ice while duck hunting and being stupid. Anyway if your not scared of swimming in cold cold water

    I haven't experience the D thing TG; its a free world one can do what one wants. My take on the D is you have a 20/80 rule except 80% of them are bad vs. the 20% and the 20% usually do not have kids. Of the ones that I can think of --- about 80% are just plain sour --- they never get along...
