    I looked and couldn't find the paper trail for Indian owned casinos. The ND state lottery contributed 320,000 to the state gambling addiction fund, $ 422,500 to the state drug task force and $ 6.1 M to the state general fund in 2016.

    I have very limited experience trolling with cranks but no matter what I am trolling with I try to stay as close to bottom as possible. with cranks though I've noticed others in the boat catching just as many fish while running their cranks a couple feet or even more off bottom.
