    i don't recover these often, this is my 2nd ever, with dozens of deer shot... about 200 yards, 234 Winchester, tikka t3, quartering towards, bullet entered behind front leg, demolished one lung, through liver, caught corner of stomach, was recovered about 1 inch into back ham.

    Im not sure the judge has the stones to throw 'with prejudice' on there, there would be a lot of blowback to that. Im not so sure hes going to get off on this, wouldnt surprise me if they came back with manslaughter on the first and innocent on the 2nd and 3rd shootings... I think...
