    I have the 6 rack, works great in the warmer months, it needs extra in the winter months. I have not added the extra element, I just heat up the garden shed I am smoking in when the temps get real cold. #guywhosmokesbetterthanme added to his, I just haven't bothered yet.

    I see a nice group, with a big buck on the Mandaree road every weekend, and in other spots periodically. This is quite far from the southern territory. I see more goats than deer so far this summer

    I dry rub them in a chicken rub that I purchased at Newbys Ace hardware, then I smoke them at 180* for about 2 hours, smoke the entire time, I take them off, put on a preheated grill at around that 400* mark. I then put homemade BBQ sauce on the upside while the bottom is getting finished off...

    We grill year round, so do these big egg, and pellet grills do the trick. I too want to purchase a "final" grill. Spend a bit now, and likely not purchase again type of scenario. My dad does not grill as much as we do, however his Weber is over 25 years old.

    I think this needs to be moved to the skinny girl thread section. When I opened this I was forced to open it again, and look at potential new pictures. I cant control my actions, so I need someone to control them for me.

    dirtymike do you personally sleep on one? I stayed in Minot Saturday night after the Aerosmith concert, not sure what the Fancy hotel had for pillows but they were pretty good as compared to my 10 year old down feather germ catchers I am currently using.

    Maybe since it is no longer 1837, and we are already "sustaining" the tribes, this could be removed? Why is it impossible to make any changes when it comes to native Americans, is it discrimination to me that I get taxed to feed, house, cloth, provide medical care, and pay for college for them...

    Time for a new grill....suggestions?

    I am in the market too, but decided to wait till next spring. I use a charcoal grill on my high end meats, and the Kenmore gas grill on burgers, brats, and anything that I have previously smoked and am just finishing off. MossyMo I think is the expert, so his advice should be sought.
