    Yes, slightly down. It will more this fall I am sure, as I have heard of some more lay offs. Not a bad thing if you are not the one getting let go. A bit of a slow down is a good thing for the city to catch up, and for some of the greed to level out.

    I think if you post fishing reports it counts higher, if you post a picture it counts higher yet, if you post a bunch you get points, and if you are on facebook, you are a 16 year old girl...haha
