    Land scape sure has changed. Every fence row is now a hiddy hole for deer. Full of tumble weeds and corn leaves. Fence lines are like single row shelterbelts now and the same color as deer. LB

    I remember Dad selling the last quarter of land in 84 I think 12% interest on a contract for deed for 10 years. Made just as much on interest as he got per acre. He got more for 1 acre than he paid for the whole quarter back in 1948 so paid through the nose on capital gains but it made my folks...
