    Warm Hoodie

It all depends what your using it for. If your looking for a tough work sweatshirt a Sherpa lined Carhart may be your best bet. If your looking for something with a little more performance fabric UA does have some decent ones. If your looking for lightweight warmth find a good down or synthetic...

Little Loud out there are we?

Hopefully this bill makes it illegal for geese to honk at sunrise.

tracks - just for the ice/snow?

I don't own a SxS but have spend a decent amount of time in them with and without tracks. I honestly cant imagine running tracks year around. Tracks are great when you absolutely need them for deep snow, but wheels are way better 95% of the time. My friends with tracked SxS seem to put them on...

Intoxicated people can pedal or ride horse in ND

Are we talking the former Governor mansion? I hadn't heard anything about this...do you have a link? They did spend 4 million on the new Governors mansion, but that had nothing to do with Bergum.

Intoxicated people can pedal or ride horse in ND

I seem to remember a story from a buddy of mine from shortly after college. He had ridden his bike to the bar, and then ended up leaving with a lady. As he walked out with her, he had to ask her if he could throw his bike in the back of her SUV...haha.

    Keeping minnows

I use a 3.5 gallon bucket for minnows and just refill with lake water every weekend or whenever i get out. I keep it in my heated garage at about 45 degrees and its amazing how long minnows will keep. I pick out the occasional dead one, and have never had an issue keeping minnows for several...

Intoxicated people can pedal or ride horse in ND

There are only two reasons for an adult to ride a bike. Home from the bar, or too retrieve your truck from the bar the next day.

    Dissension in Eagles Locker room

False...Brady is the best at reading the defense pre-snap and audibles out of plays. He also gets the ball out quick, and knows when to throw it away to live another down. Most young guys including Wentz need to learn to not be superman and just throw the ball away.

    K-drill rage

Hmm...did you try to return the drill, sounds like a possible lemon? I’m actually curious about the Milwaukee warranty if used as an auger. I’m just starting this whole drill/auger thing although I’m paired with a clam plate and shaver hand auger. So far it’s been awesome and way faster than my...

    K-drill rage

I can see the 10" being helpful if you consistently fish Big Pike or Lake trout. I pulled a 24# pike through a 9" no problem though. The first time I went to Winnipeg we all had 10", being our first time we hired a guide the first day and when we pulled out our augers he laughed and i'm pretty...

    K-drill rage

The k-drill is actually only 7.5" fyi. Having said that I've used an 8" lazer exclusively for the last 5 years after using a 10" for the previous decade and i would never go back to a 10". Almost everyone uses an 8" at Winnipeg, because the 10" just gets to be to much work drilling through that...

    Custom Ice rods

I've always just used electrical tape and then ran a lighter over it to really adhere it/shrink it a bit. I've never had an issue and i know i have some reels that have been attached to rods for 10-15 years.

    Winnipeg weekend

It seems like the last few years it all depends how much commercial netting is going on in the south basin. Last year most nets were further north and therefore fishing was good. The year before that they were all in the south basin and it sucked. How many nets are you guys seeing?

    Deal Alert!

Yep its the entire kit with 2 - 5.0 batteries. I got mine and have already drilled holes with it...bye bye gas auger in anything under 24" ice. With the deal on the drill and getting the Clam plate and Eskimo bit on sale i have less than $300 into this.

    Nishu Archery Leagues

Yes on Binos and the yardages are usually marked for you. Its a pretty laid back league, pretty much everything goes, there are guys that use target bows with magnified sights even. I would say the league is more of a fun league than a serious league, I think the team stuff gets a little more...

Off ND topic but anyone fish fort peck MT ?

I don't really have any info, but i may try to make it out there later this year as well to try for some lakers. I do know that ice is never a guarantee, as of today the satellite looks like the lake is still wide open.

Inflatable Rescue for Side by Side

^^I'm not sure the Nebulus does have auto-deploy, I was kind of surprised myself. Its possible other companies have one that does though. - - - Updated - - - Guy those enclosed cabs do make me question how a guy would escape. I ride around in my buddies cabbed ranger, if a guy drops through...

Inflatable Rescue for Side by Side

It looks like i decent concept, but i honestly question if you would ever get it deployed unless it was right in front of you. ATV's flip over almost instantly because of the flotation of the tires and all the stuff we have stacked on top of them for ice fishing.
