    I ended up drying the mud off the carrots on a screen. Windy and cool weather helped. The ground is freezing quickly this year. It's going to be a interesting spring.

    It has been a crazy year for the gardens. 4 Big Beef tomato plants had over 80 tennis ball sized tomatoes. 4 times the potatoes as usual and over 100 cucumbers. I have never had luck with cucumbers, maybe 10 in a year.I gave them away as I really don't like them. The old folks at Marrilac...

    Like a dummy I fertilized my front yard before the last 3 plus inches. Luckily its not a huge area. I will have to wait until the mini lakes dry up to mow. 5 plus inches in September.
