    Used them when snowmobiling and they worked great. Saved my neck once when I rolled my sled on a frozen gravel road. the track went over my head and only made a very loud grinding sound that I will never forget.

    Mistakes are lifes learning tool and I have learned a lot over time. Sometimes it sticks in your craw and sometimes in your brain, learn from it and you will be a better hunter or huntress. Life goes on, smile and pass on what you learned. LB

    Glad I did as much hunting when I could. Elk hunting in ND, Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. Add in deer hunting in those states plus Minn.and Neb. Fished Montana, ND, Minn and SD but its always been best close to home. Throw in a little bear hunting in Minn and Montana and that about covers it...

    Took my SS at 62 but kept on working to the point of having to give back on SS. Really stopped working for money at 70 but wife is 9 years younger than me and now has a real good nursing job in Fargo that she really enjoys. She plan's to work another 5 years. Everything is paid for, homestead...

    Grinding

    Going to grind some pork trimmings for sausage pattys. How cold do you pro's have your pork at grinding time. Going to coarse grind, mix with coarse ground deer, mix in spice from Mossy Moe and then grind again. Form into patties for fresh breakfast sausage (country style). Thanks LB

    GSP owners- how cold is too cold

    Why dosen't sparrow's feet never freeze? Heart pumping blood at the rate of a GSP on the hunt. I do draw the line at 0 for my lab just to be safe.:;:cheers HUNT ON.

    We should have some kind of plan posted on how this new tax will be used. Sounds like a TEA PARTY to me. If used wisely its money well spent and I don't ever take my boat out of state. You can believe every out of state boat I see with out a sticker will be turned in.

    I feed my lab some Pedigree canned dog food along with her dry food to boost during hunting season. Its like 1000 cal per can, and some fish oil pills for that shine coat.
