    It's much greener around Bismarck. The recent rains are offering a glimmer of hope. Too late for some but the weather seems to be backing off a bit. Those extra hot days in September seem to trigger EHD. Hopefully the cooler weather will stay around.

    Good call. I knew something just didn't sound right. Lots still plant Straight Eights which need pollinators. I gave up on those long ago. They are prone to disease.

    Minwax poly. Give it a month to cure and never look back. While you are at it make sure to finish all edges including the bottom ofthe table.
