    We buy traditional mild roast in whole bean. The pre-ground doesn't quite deliver the same taste/quality. And when we try to go past mild (medium or bold) the heat must somehow destroy that fantastic aroma. Oxidizes those more fragrant oils is my suspicion. We grind it the night before or day...

    When I occasionally attend 70s/80s band events I am absolutely horrified at the walkers, canes, blue hair, etc. I look around and realize how incredibly long ago that was. Depressing as heck.

    Electric hook sharpener

    I have had one of these for 30 yrs or so. Not sure they even make them anymore. It's a lifesaver when I'm in some loser's boat and he doesn't have a sharpener on board. :D

    Cash based. Put $ and filled out form in supplied envelope and drop it into to a lock box. PITA. Collecting money and providing boxes/envelopes etc probably cost more than it brought in. Really burned me when I forgot to bring correct change (only had 20s in my wallet or whatever)
