    Same. If you ever run across this you have to try it. Ceviche Con Recado Negro I ran into it in Cozumel (where my daughter manages a dive company). It's one of the most unique and wonderful tasting dishes I've ever had. And I've had a lot of them (Asia/Europe)... the uniquer the better for...

    I too want to deep fry them every time I see them in the frozen aisle. I love sardines and kippers - so my instincts tell me “they must be good”. But I never do. Seems like maybe I’ve been lucky not to have tried it.
