LOL. First world problems. Seems like maybe some of us are taking the internet side of life a bit more seriously than it deserves.

Brown, the bordering on hatred is for the lawmakers, not the landowners. I am in both camps - I hunt land that's not posted and I own land. Some is posted while maybe 20% (good hunting) is not. I just think it's a bad idea to disrupt any opportunities for hunting that were previously...

    SB 2315 / Lockout

LOL - I heard they're being seen in the zaniest of situations (small properties on the edge of town, etc.). - - - Updated - - - still scratching my head too

    Flak Jacket Boat Windshield Protector.

There’s little chance it’s not - based on 40 years of driving and zero chick glances for me so far. But a guy’s gotta be ready with a massive left arm just in case.

    Flak Jacket Boat Windshield Protector.

A tiller is a device that keeps only one of your arms in great condition. Luckily it's the one chicks see when they drive by when you're driving.

    Can a guy install a windshield on a tiller? I got a bad case of jacket envy. - - - Updated - - - I know... Mr. Walleye Pro V - - - Updated - - -

    Warming up

Had I grown up in any place with decent fly rod fishing I would have been keen on practicing the fine art myself. Did some as a teen and absolutely loved it. But ND isn't exactly flyrod country. Had I known about stripping baskets as a yute I might not have hated line management so much.

    Shelter Belts

The wild versions of juneberries and easter red cedar don’t seem to suffer much from the rust issue here in the east.

    Shelter Belts

Again with the red herrings that are “they think all landowners are bad” and “they only want to see land treated well so they can hunt it”. Neither is true - just leave some buffer where it’s needed/beneficial to wildlife in general and cleaner lakes/rivers like most farmers have done for...

    91 Octane, ethanol free...

I figured so, but don’t recall the molecular oxygen label (O2) being used to denote oxygenates.

Who is PF and why are we speaking in only initials about him? Is he not a public employee?

Is farming that last 1% of scrub alongside the little creek really the difference in going to Arizona? That’s what I don’t get... seems like a lot of work to glean an additional very small percentage increase in production.

Bacon - I get it. Most people still care about the land and critters. But there’s a new breed in town. And it’s all about $$$$. It’s downright sinister.

Grew up in Bismarck. College in Dickinson. Worked at a ranch every summer. Grad school in Fargo. Own land and hunt deer there north of Killdeer. Basically quite familiar with the state end to end. And overall have been flabbergasted at the wholesale destruction of every little creek bottom etc...

SE ND has (had) the largest, widest, most diverse tree rows (veritable forests) in the entire state. Single tree rows my keester. Ever get further than 20 miles from Napoleon? - - - Updated - - - Why are you planting trees if they don't provide habitat for wildlife?
