    You are only fishing 10 to 15 feet down so down riggers would be a pain and the boards get stuff away from the boat in the clear water.

    Gas and hotel and food so really not that bad if you have a few people to split it. I think fishing license was 30 bucks. I think i had 500 total into a five day trip this was 6 years ago. There were 4 of us that split costs

    I haven't shot them over the chrony yet just going off what the book says. 42 grains of varget I will look to get exact numbers. I can't wait to see what pdogs do when center punched with them.

    I have seen the migration on lake erie where you can see schools of fish for a mile long migrating each spring but whole different lake.

    SDMF has a labradar which is going to make traditional chrony obsolete. Between accuracy and ease of use I see no other way to go. I chrony my stuff then shoot it then use the correction factor on strelok if it is not matching. Most likley phony readings from the chrony when other problems are...
