    Mossy’s is great - I just recall mom’s Durkee jar with a pale green lid and it seemed similar but that was eons ago I haven’t any of the other brands out there myself. I prefer my charcoal be “from the grill”.

    good on Mossy for succeeding with it but charcoal seasoning has actually been around a long time - my mom used it on burgers in the 70s just google 'charcoal seasoning'

    Anybody use one? Are they "sloppy"? Reason I ask is that the auger/head connection is already sloppy on Strikemasters. If the coupler is also sloppy it would drive me nuts.

    struggling fish lose neutral density in winter I suppose - just like in summer when they bob to the surface so it makes sense that the ice bottom becomes a good focusing point for predators to prowl also - I'm pretty sure Ahab is lying
