    they told you to unplug the fuel line and run the carb out of gas so there isn't any fuel to dry out in the jets (which are very small on a 9.9) you shouldn't be running ethanol in your outboards anyway so you shouldn't have to run it out of fuel every time you run it.     the only advantage i can see with carfax is the vehical was serviced at a dealership you can see service records. other than that it is a service that people think they need before buying a car now.

    yes I think it must be the latest scam, im selling my dodge diesel and had 5 or 6 people want a vehicle check and provided a link. Only thing worse is all the door knobs that want more pics. craigslist charges 10 bucks to list a vehicle now

    that's what I don't understand it isn't a good product, its very corrosive and the vehicles that are designed to burn it run like crap. I know a few people who put it in by accident and thought there was something wrong with there engine.
