    yes My yellow top optima batteries when they go dead I have to hook them up to another battery with booster cables and charge the other battery.

    have you only tried charging it with the built in charger? try hooking up a battery charger to the cables to get some voltage back into the battery so the built in circuitry will see some voltage then the built in charger may work,

    they were shnees hunter 2 i would call there aggressive style. but both pair cracked at the flex points from cheap rubber , just like most tarp straps now days.

    I had the schnees pac boot and the rubber cracked in the first year, sent them back and they put rebuilt them but they didn't last the rubber just cracked at the flex points.
