    One tag system

    just like anything else gratis tags are abused by some. in 2c a lot of gratis are for land that is nothing but black dirt come deer season. I started bow hunting again when the rifle and black powder tags dried up. so at least we still get deer every year. I haven't shot a doe on my property...

    personally I wouldn't be sitting in a stand if there is a lot of rifle hunters in the area, bow hunters get from sept to jan to hunt, rifle season is 2 weeks 3 weekends.
