    Eliminator is correct. Elbowoods will most likely be closed off. You should have no problem getting a site. Even starting the weekend after Labor Day it gets kinda quiet. I think the exact date that they start shutting things down might depend on the temperatures.

    I am shopping for a handheld gps. My number 1 goal is to set a way point and then go back to the waypoint a month later and get very close to the exact location. Number 2 goal would be having a good lake contour map of area lakes. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    The dove season dates are set by the Feds. ND can submit recommendations but in the end, it is up to the Feds. Do you think that maybe the farming/ranching community would be against the season starting sooner for some reason?

    Yeah, I like his demeanor too. I can't help but think his fastballs would get eaten up and spit out over the fence by better hitting teams like the Astros or Cleveland. After all, his ERA is 8. But baseball is funny, any player can get hot (or cold) at any time. I will enjoy it while it lasts.

    Thanks. I guess that makes sense. So the Bottineau area (unit 1) was and still is a small unit of its own and unit 2 was the eastern half of the state. Crazy.
