    Congrats!! I saw that boat at the show and it is sharp! I agree on the Moritz comments. I’m still waiting for my new boat to show up, but so far they have been outstanding. I hope that continues! Curious why you have to wait 6 weeks? Is that just for ice out or something else?

    Ordering a Ranger boat

    For anyone who has ordered a ranger boat, how long did it take for you to get it? I ordered mine in mid-December. Just wondering when it might show up. Dealer says I’ll be fine for ice out, but wondering what others have experienced. Thanks!

    $90K Aluminum

    Lund has a new limited edition Pro V on ther website listed at $90K. I can’t understand the market for this boat when you can get a top notch glass boat for $75-85K loaded to the nuts. This doesn’t even have electronics. I don’t get it, or am I missing something?? Crazy IMO!

    I agree. The musky gear isn’t necessary as it’s just too heavy. A 7’ to 7 1/2’ MH baitcaster is perfect. I like a low profile baitcaster for casting all day. It’s easier on your hand than the round C-3 type reel.

    Douglas bay ice?

    After the weather this week it’s pretty sketchy. The back of the bay by Ziegler’s will be ok but going south of there is not good. There are open cracks and patches of open water inside the bay. You can shore fish by the west campground if you want cuz that’s wide open.
