    If it were me I would call around to a few welding and machine shops and ask them if they can do it. I know a lot of them out here in western ND that would take that on.

    I personally believe they shot themselves in the foot making it too complex and confusing. Single handed the most ridiculous thing I have ever tried to read. Public school toilet paper is more useful than this bill.

    One of my all time favorites with Seinfeld. For those of you that cant stand it or understand it. You need to give it a chance and watch the whole first season. I hated it until I gave it a chance now it is one of my favorites. Need to understand how each character works to get the most out of it.

    Western Nd fishing reports

    Minnows on small jigs or plain hooks. Very light bite. Took us 3-4 bites to figure out if they pulled the bobber down at all just set the hook. Very few took off with the minnow. Any jigging movement at all they would not even touch it.

    From what I heard the ice is thick. I know people that drove their 250's pulling a house out there. And the fishing has slowed down quite a bit from the few people that I have talked to that showed me pictures.
