    According to the Vexilar engineer I spoke with a couple weeks ago..... You will absolutely kill your drill. He says DO NOT USE A DRILL UNLESS IT IS BRUSHLESS!!!! Maybe short bursts of use in 5 inches or less. I had a custom adapter made for my Tanaka powerhead. Still only about 17lbs total.

    New boat ordered and I went with the new Terrova. The jog feature will be great, improved spotlock accuracy, and they improved the stow and deploy so it can be done with 2 fingers. A buddy of mine tested one last fall and was quite impressed.

    Ice reports

    Small lake by Devils.... 4 inches approx 25 feet from shore. 1st 2 feet from shore unstable. Next weekend I will be giving it a try. Drove all around the region and still alot of patchy open water on small lakes with the main lake wide open.
