    .45 ACP For Deer?

    I've seen more than one deer knocked over by a 45. At under 30 yards, it'll get the job done quite nicely. At further distances, accuracy problems rear their head for most short gun shooters.

    Seeing coyotes eating meow mix would be nice. Makes shot placement more effective. However, he does have a point with predators losing their fear of people. I myself do my best to keep that fear VERY MUCH ALIVE AND WELL. (Grin)

    Catfish. I've figured out the walleyes here abouts and can catch them at will. Catfish are an unknown to me in my area. As a result, I'm looking foreword to deep fried catfish nuggets and a cold coors light this year. I don't think it will be icky. (Grin)

    Fruit bushes got hammered again this winter. Peeled the bark of damn near every stem. The rabbits had a field day with the young apple trees with the deep snow. Trees look white as the snow that just melted. Rodents are fast becoming number one on the HIT parade here abouts. Grrrrrr!!!

    Instead of College

    I think PARENTS should be taking the responibility of teaching their kids to be productive adults, how to survive in REALITY, and make good INFORMED decisions and the consequences of poor decisions INSTEAD of trusting someone else to do it for them. Just my opinion though.

    Mink would be my guess. Pic one especially. Fishers, at least the ones I've dealt with up close, are more robust and muscular IMO.
