I have a smart TV and a Roku on another. I prefer the Roku. There are more channels available and it's updated occasionally. My smart TV doesn't seem to update and channel selection is limited.
Thanks Auggie, That answered my main question, Already have Roku so no sense paying extra for a smart tv or one with roku built in. I looked at a whole wall of TVs at walmart last night and tried to tell the difference between 1080P and 2160P and they all looked the same to me. Lunk, I do have prime but walmart is so much handier incase I need to return for warranty.
