375 lbs Deer Summer Sausage
60 lbs Deer Bratwurst
25 lbs Deer Breakfast Sausage
200 lbs Moose Burger
50 lbs Moose Summer Sausage
25 lbs Moose Pepperoni Sausage
35 lbs Ground Pork

For a Grand Total of 1000 lbs of finished product over 5 days between Myself, My Wife, an NDA buddy and his wife, and one more NDA member. Lots of beer was consumed and many laughs were shared. I would count the 2016 Sausage Fest a SUCCESS!!!! Time to enjoy the succulence of the smoke house.

425 pounds of summer sausage - good lawd

For all you MEAT GAZERS!!!!!!

The Summer Sausage. Each log weighs 6 lbs and there are 62 of these. It took from 5 pm until 2:30 am to smoke these and they are very NOT ICKY!!!



Here is the Elk Burger and Elk Bacon Burger. The back two rows are the Elk Burger and go all the way to the bottom of the freezer and the front row is the Elk Bacon Burger about 6 inches short of being all the way to the bottom. Each bag is about a pound and a half. We had some on the grill when we were done and it too was very NOT ICKY!!!
