Must be a state-funded program? There are several between Fargo and Dickinson.

I wish that I-94 and I-29 were tree-rowed end to end. Just a tiny % of the fraud that goes on would make it happen.
Haven't been to Dickenson in a coons age. Glad to hear there's a few going back in.

I get a kick out of people blaming non-residents for our low deer numbers haha. 1% of rifle tags are available to non-residents and a few hundred archery mule deer tags. sure there's a few thousand white tail archery tags, but over all they're not the problem. When it comes to big game tags, North Dakota is probably the least friendly state in the country for non-residents.
I get a Nonresident any Deer tag every year for N.D. Thinking one year I will got out West and try for a Mule Deer. It's going to cost me right at 500.00 to Deer hunt in S. D. this year. 375.00 for a Buck and 100.00 for anterless Deer. And 25.00 for a Habitat stamp. Plus I will Bow hunt MN.

And your right about N.D. being the most unfriendly State for big game is right. A Nonresident can come to MN and buy a tag over the counter and get a bonus tag also. If you can't shoot a Deer in MN something is wrong. Lots of State land and WPA land. Plus there are lots of Deer.

And I won't go into the Youth Deer hunting in N.D. compared to surrounding States.

I don't see anyone blaming nonresidents for low deer numbers. I see people saying shut them out and give what little chances there are right now for a tag to the people that live here. If deer numbers ever get to a high enough point, start the nonresident allotment back up.

Do you really think a 250/yr NR boating license is going to stop people from coming to N.D. to fish. They will still come. It's unreal how many N.D. boats were in MN. this past weekend.
Its not about stopping them. Its about creating a revenue source for ND residents.

Nobodies blaming NR's for the deer numbers but residents should get all of the opportunities with limited numbers. If the numbers ever bounce back then let NR's get some tags. Right now there are way too many residents that aren't getting a deer for upwards of 10 years!
