I'm about 99.999999999% sure PG does all of that. I've used several generations of the RCBS auto dispensers, starting back with the one from the late-90's you had to line up the "electric eye" to get it to sync w/the digital scale. I'll take the ST. 1st off, it doesn't make a giant mess when using ball powder. I load a fair amount of Ramshot powders and several H ball powders as well. The RCBS automatic/digital trickler make an awful damned mess running ball powders. Additionally, the ST averages 6-7sec/dispense vs. 15-20sec and the A&D scale doesn't drift. For me it's not that gnat's-ass accuracy, I have mine opened up to +/- .06gn so I'm never out more than .12gn which is WAY better than I can actually shoot. For me, just about anything I can do to speed up the reloading process while maintaining acceptable accuracy, I'm all in. My typical steps to choosing powder for a load are: 1. Can I choose a powder that will allow me to load this combo on a Dillon? 2. If not the Dillon, can I use a Harrell's? 3. Shit, gotta trickle logs. In my own little perfect world, I'd only ever use a trickler or trickler/scale combo for load workup and once finalized everything would get loaded by volume via Dillon or Harrells.
