Aguila Interceptor/Turkey

Anyone shot a group with this stuff (40grn @ 1470(?).

Cheap assed Marlin bolt gun loves 40grn and keeps RWS HVHP @ 1250(?) in the same "quarter" @ 50 as opposed to STDV "dime" or .30 cal hole. CCI Velocitors group 4in high and 2in left in a .50cent piece. I guess I can expect the same?...

Going after turkey in the Hills next week. Want some extra wound channel.

I've shot both. a little spendy but worth it for the extra zing. My remington semi auto likes both but shoots the Aguila better. Shoot groups at 100yards with it and regular .22lr, alot less drop do to the higher velocity.

UPDATE: I finally took the box out today. I'm dead on @50 with std vel CCI 40grn and was shocked to group the same .45cal hole barely a 1/4in higher! In fact, I'd say the higher horsepower grouped a bit tighter. I'm very pleased. I tried the hot CCI version last year. Results in OP.

Hope I'm able to find more of the same lot #. Now I really wish she was not a tube feed.
