Try the full throttle method...jk.

Lower the asking price to the amount it will cost to correct it and walk away. I sure wouldn't put up with the mess and construction when selling is your priority.

I am looking into getting quoteds from companies just to have the info for potential buyers to know what they are looking at if finishing the basement anytime is a priority to them, but there is a shortage of companies that will do any basement waterproofing from looking. Will have to look up the company petras just posted above.

I would rather a buyer do the job to their liking and adjust price a bit to accommodate as you pointed out. Innovative basement solutions just gave me a date for an estimate and they are 2 weeks out for even that.

how big a house is this? If it was mine and being it was unfinished, If I could find an easy way to haul out and chute in concrete (egress window or such) I'd hammer it out, install drain tile and moisture barrier and pour new.
