What greater evidence can be presented that lawlessness reigns in a country than for that countries highest positional leader to reward/protect from prosecution those who have broken the law instead of prosecuting and punishing them? This act declared to the whole world that laws are meaningless to those with enough money or political connection. Yet law makers and law enforcers expect the people to obey those same laws and actively and aggressively prosecute and punish any who trespass. What could possibly go wrong?
