Burris Eliminator legal in ND?

They are perfectly legal for ND.

However the will not "calculate" wind.

The optics are okay at best but the rangefinder works well.

If I had ~1400 dollars laying around is buy a VX-6 or an SHV and a Sig rangefinder.

Much better option.
