Is this the 3rd tire set for the vehicle? Two sets of tires and you are at 80k on the second set with half the rubber left is pretty damn good wear if the truck started with BFGs. I run 10 ply Hankook tires on my F250 and got about 45k on the first set, and looking like I will get about the same on the second set. All I do at this point in time is buy my tires through the local Ford shop. They do most of my maintenance anyway, so when I bring it in for oil changes I have them do the rotations as well for free. And...they price match. Win win... - - - Updated - - - Stupid question here, but when you go on Discount tire and they list a wheel as TPMS (tire pressure monitor system), do they actually include the tire pressure sensors?
