Call 911. WTF?

Kvly has a story about a black bear spotted north of Fargo.
It says " Call 911" if you spot it. Isnt 911 a number to call only in emergency?.

Anyone know how to find a way to contact them (klvy) and ask them to Erase " That" part of the story?

They won't change it. That would almost be admitting to a mistake and they quit admitting to mistakes about 15 years ago, as did most news outlets.

These same ppl terrified of a f-ing black bear are the same ones trying to go up and pet the bison in yellowstone or wouldn't blink an eye at a pitbull that escaped.. Nothing to see here, just plain ol Darwinism.
