Has anyone else read the articles on this , She is convicted and sent to prison for felony child abuse . It turns out the Burleigh County States Attorney according to what I have read saw the autopsy and knew that to be not the case but did not tell anyone else . Then her defense attorney tells her to plead guilty and they would deal with it later. Her conviction has been thrown out and she gets a new trial.

So how are charges now not brought against her attorney and the Burleigh County States Attorney. Unbelievable

Sounds bad. If it turns out that she is not guilty heads should be rolling.
