Shooting the bad guy is NOT black and white. One thing I see in all these CCW kills is the "backstop question". Cops get it too but are as of now protected with liability insurance. The cocksuckers are trying to strip this away.

IMO/E the guy in the Texas diner didn't have a "clean shoot". He'll have to articulate in court: Fear for the lives in the next booth and his actions after the discharge are going to get him torn apart in court as a "psychopath": Secretly wanting such an incident. I think he did right morally.

Unfortunately the shitlibs have a very poor record in understanding the laws made by states and the constitution, these laws are gospel meaning that unless you can prove without a reason of a doubt that they are not being followed, the shitlibs are using the bogus charges to find 12 individuals who are just as ignorant to the laws as they are. The shitlibs want the people who are charged to plead to a lesser charge because unless they can afford a good lawyer they are putting their freedom into the hands of those 12 random people in the jury box. Essentially these people are made to look like examples to the outside public that you are much better off letting the people who are hurting you do what they want then to stand up for your right to protect yourself and your property.
The wheels of the justice system is very very slow some may even be convicted in these examples but examples like these are what is needed in a rallying cry for a team of lawyers to take these cases to the highest courts in the lands. We are seeing it everyday laws that have been on the books for decades are now being thrown out or overturned becuase they are essentially unconstitutional either by a state or federal courts. That is what it's takes to fight the shitlibs is cases likes these because unfortunately the soros funded DA in this country are using these cases to gain a political and social influence with their constituents.
Justice will prevail here and someone's tax dollar will be used to pay to try him in a court then pay him for the injustice he has experienced.
