Trying to get someone on the phone who knows anything is nearly impossible. I recently switched both me and my parents from ATT to verizon because they promised free phones, $200 gift card per line for switching. I got the phones, but still trying to figure out how to get the gift cards they promised. To get the numbers switched and functional it took me 3 trips to the verizon store in bismarck and 1 trip to ATT and I probably spent a good 5 hours total with them working on it. If I had it to do over I wouldnt have switched.</p></blockquote><p></p>
