While The law says there has to be intent to conceal you identity I would say no.

I always looked at concealing as not wanting any one to know. So if you do it right who cares?

How it works when you have to wear a mask

Where does the constitutional concealed carry law in ND even mention "concealing your identity"? It says you must have your drivers license or another form of picture ID on you proving citizenship but doesn't say anything about what you can wear.

Best bet is to not wear a mask, unless of course they mandate it....
