So I was filling out my renewal form and got to the end and am wondering what, if anything, I need to put in this empty line after ND State Hospital? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please point out where the second ammendment requires a person to carry concealed you have a right to carry it anyway you want the concealed permit is just a list of people where to find guns to take away

I suggest you have a conversation with your district legislative representative and calmly air your grievances. I will petition my representative to sponsor a bill rescinding the testing requirement for class 2 permits. Baby steps...

Also, only sign that health release if you're renewing a class 1 license.
