A big circle lacking walleye around the lakes I fish

After seeing the map, I'm a bit intrigued: I know a farm pond in the Hills which holds whites outside of their zone. A catch is relatively rare but keeps happening for over thirty years. It's primarily a bass/bluegill deal although its been stocked without regard with everything from rock bass to walleye. ZERO bullheads or channels(?)
