Dont wait to long by mid may some years they are done selling them as it gets to hot down south and the season is over.

Yup i believe the season is like jan-aprilish

Traveling the mn BWCA every lake we camped on after we ser camp,cleaned fish we laid the carcasses along the shoreline by morning big clusters of crusties had to move fast to fill our bucket,cut /peeled the tail added tail meat to our egg mixture, good eats.

There is a limit in ND?

The limit is 50 and you can only use 1 trap so it's tough to get a decent amount. I usually trap some and just add them to a shrimp boil.
