Creek Chubs

I know this has been discussed before but wondering if anywhere in or around Bismarck-Mandan that sells creek chubs. I know there has been conversation about catching them myself but I am asking for a friend so would rather buy a few if possible.

The guy who sold the creek chubs to Frederick came from the minot area is what I was told.
