That's all I ever use is the advanced auto pilot when I use auto pilot... never had a problem with going in a straight line to where I wanted the boat to go with the wind, but for the most part im either in follow the contour mode or spot lock 90% of the time, 10% auto pilot. Im running the 112 terrova I pilot Link w/ Bluetooth. So it's the newest update version minnkota, with networking box and helix 9 mega side imaging g2n and 2 helix 12's g2n
