Don't forget the helmet wearing crowd that doesn't yield when merging onto the highway, almost got took out by someone who didn't yield coming onto the interstate 500 this morning we were three wide in a two lane. Also can't forget the clowns who don't know what the right lane ends sign means coming off expressway to merge with interstate.

I was taught the "merger" had the right of way as to not cause a chain crash on the ramp and consideration/speed goes both ways in this situation. I BELIEVE not allowing a merge is an offense in the Hills. I do know I've always used merging to blow out carbon and will not get a citation in this immediate area.

Someone could get a lot of hits on UTube by setting up cameras on By-pass 83 in Minot between the Hwy 15 ramp and 21st Ave. Idiots do well with merging into traffic and maintaining 42mph in a 55: I have friends who aren't afraid to perform passing maneuvers illegally and often report cell phone retardation. They can understand the distraction associated with texting but are vexed between the difference yakking a fool head off on a phone and freakn' conversing with an idiot passenger. They are very accurate with identifying all aforementioned situations and will often pass on the shoulder. An errant trashbag or block of wood could make things difficult for many drivers.

The game is: No matter how far another vehicle is behind the first oncoming (it could be nothing); dart in front and drive AT LEAST 12mph BELOW the speed limit. My friends have also observed most of these offenders are Air Farce and would be shot for these driving habits in their own countries/sexualities. (to be all inclusive)

The speed limit on the Minot Highway 83 Bypass is 55mph. Some folks need to get to work etc:

This also includes the Hwy 15 exit (south/west): Travel at a pertinent speed and use your gd signal at an appropriate time if you plan to visit the greenhouse or turn into a residence before. I know what you're doing Tard and you won't enjoy any money if we're all dead.

the on ramp traffic has a yield sign, they are to yield to the existing traffic. It is not my responsibility to slow down for some asshole that pulls in front of me, and I have a rig next to me so I cant move over. Now I have to put my binders on to avoid the nonyielding jackal.

I think the people in the hills are doing it wrong, yield signs are universal or so I thought.
