Moral egg drop soup
This is my twist on egg drop soup.
You will need :
32oz of chicken broth
4 eggs
10-15 morals cut in half
1 teaspoon of corn starch
2 teaspoons of water
1/4- 1/2 cup of onion scallion (depends on how much u like onions

Bring broth to a boil. While that is coming up to boil mix your water and corn starch. Dissolve the corn starch in the water. Once broth is at boil at corn starch and water mix to broth. Take you four eggs and whisk them in a bowl and add to the broth. While you are adding the eggs stir the broth to keep eggs from clumping. You will get a few but it will ok. Remove all heat from pan and add mushrooms and scallions. Salt and pepper to your liking.
