Along the same vein, leave the dadgum grill hood CLOSED!! Get a temp probe and begin to take note of timing and settings. Dolts

Whilst grilling, meat gets flipped ONCE, see grill hood closure if further explanation is needed.

Given how thin bacon has become in most restaurants as well as how thin and skimpy the pre-cooked stuff is, why isn't there a bacon fruit roll-up type thing?
