Once released I never think of that fish again, is this wrong?

I guess I must be a heartless dick to not concern myself with the potential mortality of a damn fish...

Not that I miss handle them, or do anything to intentionally harm them if released, just don't care...

Kinda like the minnows I dump at the end of a fishing adventure.
